Refund Policy
At Rankify Me, we’re committed to delivering exceptional service and ensuring 100% client satisfaction. If there’s ever a case of duplicate billing due to a processing error, or if we’re unable to meet your project requirements or delivery expectations, we’ll issue a full refund for your order.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are honored under the following conditions:
Time-Based Refunds
- Within 48 hours of your first design delivery: You’re eligible for a 66% refund (after a 10% service and processing fee).
- Between 48 and 120 hours: You can claim a 33% refund (after a 10% service and processing fee).
- After 120 hours: Refunds are no longer available. However, our team is always here to help resolve any issues.
No Refund Without Project Brief
If a client fails to submit the required project details or design brief within 7 days of payment, the amount paid becomes non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team and clearly explain the reason for your request.
- We’ll either resolve your concern under our revision policy or send an official refund approval from our refund department.
Please note: All refund decisions are subject to case-by-case review and must comply with our user agreement.
Design & Ownership Rights
Once a refund is issued:
- All rights to the designs revert to Rankify Me.
- You may not use, publish, or distribute any design concepts provided.
- We may report the design copyright to authorities, ensuring the refunded work isn’t used as original content in the future.
