RankifyMe exists because running an amateur or club competition is mostly administration: collecting availability, arranging matches around courts and time slots, chasing results and keeping a table honest.
What RankifyMe is
RankifyMe is sports competition management software. One organizer workspace holds the participants, the rounds, the venues and courts, the matches, the results and the standings — for padel, tennis, football, basketball and custom sports.
It supports three competition structures: a Regular League of rounds feeding one table, a Division Ladder with several divisions across levels and movement between seasons, and a Tournament bracket running through to the Final.
Who it is for
Club organizers, league admins and the volunteer who ended up running the Tuesday-night padel league. People who don't need enterprise federation software, but have outgrown a spreadsheet and a group chat.
The problem we work on
The hardest part of organizing is not recording who won. It is arranging the matches in the first place: asking eight or twenty people when they can play, reading the answers out of a chat thread, comparing them against the courts and slots you have booked, and then telling everyone what was decided. Every round. All season.
RankifyMe takes that specific job seriously. Players submit their own availability. When you close availability, RankifyMe evaluates the responses against your playable windows and courts and proposes fixtures. You review each suggestion and accept what works.
How we think about the product
Reduce admin, not authority
Automation should remove comparing and copying, not decisions. The organizer confirms the schedule.
One place, not five
If a piece of the competition lives somewhere else, it will drift out of date. So it lives here.
