Terms of Service

1. The service

RankifyMe (“the service”) is sports competition management software provided by Codedrops Solutions DOO (“we”, “us”). It lets organizers create competitions, manage participants, venues and courts, collect player availability, generate and confirm match schedules, record and approve results, and maintain standings.

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a club, company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, for the accuracy of the information you register, and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Tell us at support@rankifyme.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

3. Organizer responsibility for competition data

Organizers decide what to run and what to record. If you organize a competition you are responsible for the competition data you enter or invite others to enter — including participants and their details, rosters, venues, rounds, matches, rules, announcements and results — and for having an appropriate basis for recording information about other people and limiting it to what the competition reasonably needs.

You are also responsible for the accuracy of the sporting record you publish or approve inside your competition, and for how you use or share information you export from the service.

4. Scheduling suggestions and organizer control

RankifyMe assists organizers by generating schedule suggestions from the scheduling context available to it, including submitted availability, playable time windows, courts and competition configuration. Suggestions are proposals: they are reviewed and accepted by the organizer before they become scheduled matches.

The service cannot know every real-world circumstance or external constraint and does not guarantee that every generated suggestion accounts for them. The organizer remains responsible for the schedule they ultimately confirm and for communicating it within their competition.

5. User content

You retain the rights you have in content you submit to the service. Other users and participants retain the rights they have in content they submit. You grant us the permissions we need to host, store, process and display that content in order to operate RankifyMe, for example by showing a participant's profile image inside a competition or sending a notification about a match.

You are responsible for having the right to submit the content you upload, including imagery and information about other people.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service unlawfully, or to harass, abuse or impersonate anyone.
• Do not upload content you have no right to use, or content that is unlawful or abusive.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, probe or circumvent the security of the service.
• Do not attempt to access accounts, competitions or data that are not yours or that you are not authorized to access.
• Do not scrape, resell or redistribute the service or its data other than as the product expressly allows.

7. Changes to the service

RankifyMe is actively developed. We add, refine and occasionally retire functionality as the product evolves. We aim to make changes without unnecessarily disrupting live competitions and to communicate significant changes to affected users where appropriate.

8. Availability

We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, updates, infrastructure incidents and factors outside our reasonable control can affect access. Unless we have separately agreed a service level with you in writing, no uptime commitment applies.

9. Plans, trial and feature access

RankifyMe offers a permanent Free plan and a paid Pro subscription. Pro is billed monthly. The current RankifyMe base offer is USD $19.99 per month and is also shown on the Pricing page. Paddle may present the transaction in a supported local currency or apply taxes or other legally required amounts; the checkout shows the final currency, applicable tax and total before you confirm the purchase.

Eligible owner accounts may receive one 30-day Pro trial. A payment card is required when the trial starts. Unless the subscription is canceled before the trial ends, it automatically continues as a paid monthly Pro subscription.

Cancellation is normally scheduled for the end of the applicable trial or current billing period. Pro access remains available through that period and ends when the subscription ends. You can review our Refund Policy separately.

Plan access and recorded competition data are separate. Moving to Free does not destructively delete competition history; resources or features outside the Free plan may become read-only or locked until plan access changes.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all paid RankifyMe orders. Paddle handles payment, applicable taxes, invoices and receipts, subscription billing, buyer-facing billing support and returns, while Codedrops Solutions DOO operates and supplies access to the RankifyMe service. Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy also apply to the purchase transaction.

10. Intellectual property

The service, including its software, design, branding and content that we provide, belongs to us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer any of those rights to you beyond the limited right to use the service as intended while you have access to it.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us about closing your account. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are materially or repeatedly breached, where use of the service creates legal or security risk, where payment or subscription status no longer permits paid access, or where we are required to do so by law. Where it is reasonable and appropriate, we will tell you first.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude implied warranties, including that the service will meet every requirement, be uninterrupted, or produce a particular scheduling or sporting outcome.

Organizers remain responsible for reviewing schedules and recorded results. Standings and other calculated competition outputs are generated from the competition data, scoring rules and settings recorded in the service.

13. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings arising out of your use of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any mandatory protections that apply where you live.

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information the service processes, why we process it, and the rights and choices available to you.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service and our obligations develop. We will update the date at the top of this page and, where a change materially affects users, we will communicate it appropriately.

Continuing to use the service after an updated version takes effect means you accept the updated terms, except where applicable law requires your express consent or another form of notice or acceptance.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

The courts of the Republic of Serbia have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms or the service, except where mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim or use a dispute process in another jurisdiction.

17. General terms

If a provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure or delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control. We may transfer these terms as part of a corporate reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition or sale of the business or relevant assets, provided that doing so does not remove mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
