In one place, not five apps.

The way it works now

Most of the work isn't the sport. It's arranging it.

You didn't choose this setup — it just grew. A group chat for availability, a spreadsheet for the table, fixtures in your head. And every change has to be made everywhere.

Chasing availability

You ask who can play, then scroll back through fifty messages to find the answers.

Comparing everyone by hand

Eight players, four time slots, three courts — matched up manually, every single round.

Fixtures only you know

The schedule lives in your notes, so every question comes back to you.

Results arriving anywhere

Scores land in DMs and photos of scorecards, then have to be typed up somewhere else.

One change, four updates

Move a match and you're rewriting the spreadsheet, the chat and the table to keep everyone straight.

There's one place for all of it.

How RankifyMe Works

Set up once, then run it round by round.

No setup call, no manual. Most organizers have their first competition running the same evening.

01

Create your competition

Pick the sport and the format: league, division ladder or tournament.

02

Add participants & rounds

Teams or players, venues and courts, and the rounds of the season.

03

Collect availability

Open the round and let players submit the times that work for them.

04

Confirm the schedule

Review the generated suggestions and accept the fixtures you want.

05

Approve results

Scores come in, you approve them, and the standings follow.

Scheduling

From "who can play?" to a confirmed schedule.

Open a round for availability, let players submit their own times, and RankifyMe proposes fixtures that fit the slots and courts you actually have. You review every suggestion before it becomes a match.

Scheduling

Round 7 availability, with the generated suggestions opened for review over it.

  1. Step 1

    Collect availability

Set the round's playable windows and courts. Players submit when they can play, on the web or their phone.

  2. Step 2

    Generate suggestions

Close availability and RankifyMe works out which fixtures fit the responses, the free slots and the courts.

  3. Step 3

    Review the proposal

Each suggestion shows the matchup, date, time, court and why it was prioritized.

  4. Step 4

    Accept what works

Accept suggestions one by one, skip the ones you don't want, or accept the whole batch. Only then do matches exist.

Automation without losing control. RankifyMe never publishes a schedule behind your back. It does the comparing; you make the call.

RankifyMe schedule screen on a phone: Round 7 with availability closed, four suggested fixtures ready to review, and the previously scheduled round below.
On a phone

Run the round from the court side.

The same workflow works on a phone — check who responded, generate the schedule and review suggestions between matches.

  • Availability status and response count at a glance
  • Suggested fixtures reviewed and accepted on mobile
  • Players submit their availability the same way
Features

Everything the competition needs, in one workspace.

Scheduling is the heart of it. Around that sits everything else you'd otherwise keep in a spreadsheet.

Availability & schedule suggestions

Collect player availability per round, then let RankifyMe propose fixtures that fit the time slots and courts you have.

Organizer review and acceptance

Every suggested fixture is accepted, skipped or batched by you. Nothing is scheduled without your confirmation.

Player result submission

Players submit scores for their own matches, with the submitter recorded.

Result approval

Approve or reject submitted scores before they become official.

Automatic standings

Official results feed the table — played, won, lost, difference and points.

Participants & CSV import

Teams or players, rosters and profiles — imported from a CSV file or added by hand.

Venues & courts

Define where you play so scheduling works with real capacity.

Notifications

In-app and email notifications keep players in the loop as things change.

Rules & announcements

Publish the format, the rules and round-by-round news inside the competition.

A look inside

Built for the way you actually run a competition.

Matches & Results
Matches & Results in RankifyMe: a submitted score marked Pending review with the submitting team named, and Reject and Approve actions, alongside completed rounds.
Results

Players submit. Organizers stay in control.

Scores come in from the people who played the match. You see who submitted what, then approve or reject it before it counts.

  • Pending review is clearly separated from official results
  • Approve, reject, or record a score yourself
  • Players can edit a submission until it's reviewed
League formats

A single table, or divisions players move between.

Most club competitions run as a straight league. If yours is bigger than that, stack several divisions into levels and let the end of a season move people up and down.

Regular League

Rounds, results, one table.

The format shown throughout this page: a season split into rounds, matches scheduled round by round, and one standings table kept current by approved results.

  • Rounds across the season
  • Scheduling per round
  • Results and approvals
  • Automatic standings
Division Ladder

Build your own structure.

Lay out your divisions and levels on a simple builder, then let movement carry participants between them each season. Add, rename or reorder anything — the structure is always yours to shape.

Build your Division Ladder
Division ladder builder in RankifyMe: three levels each holding one division, an Add Division control per level, an Add lower level action, and a tip suggesting simple or split ladder shapes.

Build your Division Ladder · add, rename and reorder divisions and levels before movement rules are set.

Tournament

From the first round to the Final.

Run a knockout as a real bracket. Schedule each stage, record results as they're played, and watch winners advance round by round — every match's state visible on one screen.

Tournament

Bracket

Built from your participants, from the Round of 16 through to the Final.

Scheduling

Each match gets its date, time and court like any other fixture.

Completed, scheduled, ready and waiting — all shown on the bracket itself.

Progression

Winners advance automatically as results become official.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Does RankifyMe schedule matches automatically?
It does the work, and you make the decision. You set the round's playable windows and courts, players submit their availability, and when you close availability RankifyMe generates viable fixture suggestions with a date, time and court. You review them and accept the ones you want — individually or as a batch. Nothing is scheduled until you accept it.
Which sports are supported?
Padel, tennis, football, basketball and custom sports. If your competition runs on participants, rounds, matches and a table, it fits.
Which competition formats are supported?
Regular League, Division Ladder and Tournament. A ladder can run several divisions across levels with movement between seasons; a tournament runs as a bracket through to the Final.
Can I run more than one competition?
The Free plan includes one managed Competition. Pro includes unlimited managed Competitions, so a weekly padel league and a club tennis ladder can run side by side.
Can players submit their own results?
Yes. Players can submit the score for a match they played, and it is recorded as pending review. When approval is enabled, the organizer or an admin approves or rejects the submission before it becomes the official result.
Do players need an account?
Not to be part of the competition. Organizers can keep participant records without every participant being a linked account. An account is needed for player-side actions that have to be authenticated — submitting availability or submitting a result.
Is RankifyMe free?
Yes. Free is a permanent plan with one managed Competition and core competition-management features. Pro is $19.99 per month and adds unlimited Competitions, Division Ladder, larger Tournaments and automation.
What happens if I move from Pro to Free?
Your competition data is preserved. Resources and features outside the Free plan become read-only or locked until your plan access changes, so downgrading does not erase your competition history.

Spend less time arranging matches.

Collect availability, confirm the schedule and let the standings look after themselves. Start on the permanent Free plan.
