What this does
There are two ways a score reaches the table. The organizer records it directly, or a player submits their own match and the organizer approves it. The second path saves you an enormous amount of chasing, and the approval step is what keeps it trustworthy.
Before you start
- The match is scheduled — see review and accept suggestions.
- The Season is open. Results cannot be changed in a read-only Season.
- You know the scoring format of the Competition, so a set score is entered the same way every week.
Steps
Open the match list
Go to Matches in the Competition. Matches are grouped by round with the round status and how many are played, so you can see at a glance which round is still waiting on scores.

A submitted score sits visibly between the fixture and the official result until it is decided.
Record a result as the organizer
Use Enter result on the match, fill in the score and confirm with Save result. A result you enter is official immediately — you are the authority, so there is nothing to approve.
Let a player submit their own score
A participant opens their own match and uses Submit result, or Submit for review when approval is enabled. The submission records who sent it, so a disputed score always has a name attached.
Approve or reject a submission
A submitted score shows as Pending review. Approve makes it the Official result and the standings update. Reject sends it back — the participant sees that their last submission was rejected and can resubmit the corrected score.
Reject rather than silently editing someone else's submission. The player learns what was wrong, and the record shows an honest correction instead of an unexplained change.
Correct an official result
Edit result changes a score that is already official; the standings follow immediately. If the round has already been completed, reopen it first — see create and manage rounds.
What happens next
Official results feed the table straight away — see read and configure standings. When every match in the round has an official result, complete the round to close it for ordinary changes.
