What this does
Every generated match waits here until an organizer decides. Accepting turns a proposal into a scheduled fixture with an official date, time and court; skipping leaves the match unscheduled so it can be handled another way.
Before you start
- Suggestions have been generated for the round — see generate schedule suggestions.
- You know which trade-off matters most this round: filling every slot, spreading late starts fairly, or protecting a specific court.
Steps
Open the review
Use Review suggestions on the round. The header shows how many suggestions are in the batch and how many rounds they cover.
Each proposal carries its date, time, court and the reason it was prioritised.
Read each proposal
Check the hard facts first: both sides available, a free court, a sensible start time. Then look at quality — repeated late slots for the same pair, unequal rest, avoidable travel. The prioritisation note explains why the scheduler put that match forward; treat it as evidence, not as a verdict.
Accept or skip
Accept suggestion schedules that match. Skip passes over it and moves to the next one, leaving the match unscheduled so you can place it by hand or wait for the next round.
Accept the whole batch at once
When the proposals look right as a set, Accept all processes the entire active batch in scheduler order. It stops on anything it cannot apply — an inactive court, a read-only Season, a round that was completed in the meantime — and tells you which one, so a partial batch never leaves you guessing.
Accepting is not final in the sense of being irreversible. A scheduled match can still be edited, cancelled or restored with a new schedule from the match actions.
Close the review
Close ends the review. Accepted fixtures are now on the round and visible to the participants involved; anything skipped is simply still unscheduled.
What happens next
The round moves to Scheduled and the matches appear for the players. Once they are played, record the outcomes — see enter, submit and approve results.
