What this does
RankifyMe combines the submitted availability with the slots and courts you defined and works out which matches are actually playable. The result is a list of proposed fixtures, each with a date, a start time and a court, waiting for your decision.
Before you start
- The round's availability window is closed — see collect availability for a round.
- Every slot points at an active court in an active venue. An inactive court is skipped, and the fixture that needed it will not appear.
- Withdrawn participants have been removed from the Competition, so they are not proposed a match.
Steps
Start generation
On the closed round, use Generate schedule. If the round is not ready, the app explains why instead of producing an empty result — a completed round, a read-only Season or an inactive court all block generation.
Choose what to generate
Select rounds lets you generate one round or several at once. On a Division ladder, rounds are grouped by Division, so you can work through the ladder one level at a time.
Let the generator work
It only proposes matches where both sides are available in the same slot and a court is free for it. Beyond feasibility it favours pairings that keep the round moving — for example a participant who has almost no unplayed opponents left. The reason is shown on each proposal so you can judge it rather than trust it blindly.
Check what came back
The count of suggestions tells you a lot. Far fewer than expected usually means too few slots, too little court capacity, or several participants offering the same narrow window. Reopening availability and adding one early slot often fixes a whole round.
Automatic scheduling is a Pro feature. On Free you can still run the round manually: collect availability, then create each fixture yourself with Schedule match.
What happens next
Nothing has been published. Open the proposals and decide — see review and accept schedule suggestions. If the result looks thin, go back to availability and widen the inputs before generating again.
