What Free includes and what Pro adds

Free is a permanent plan, not a trial. It runs one managed Competition from the first participant to the final table. Pro adds scale and automation on top of the same product.

What this does

Your plan decides how many Competitions you can manage at once and which of the automation features are available. It never changes how the competition itself works: rounds, results, approval and standings behave identically on both plans.

What the Free plan covers

Free is permanent and includes one managed Competition:

  • Regular League, or a Tournament with up to 16 entries.
  • Participants, venues and courts, rounds and manual scheduling.
  • Availability collection and the core competition management screens.
  • Results with organizer approval, automatic standings and notifications.

That is a complete season. Most club organizers running a single league never need anything else.

What Pro adds

Pro is $19.99 per month and adds the things a bigger operation runs into:

  • Multiple Competitions — unlimited managed Competitions instead of one.
  • Division Ladder — ranked Divisions with movement between Seasons.
  • Unlimited Tournament size, beyond the 16-entry Free limit.
  • Automatic scheduling — generated fixture suggestions from submitted availability.
  • CSV participant import — a whole roster in one pass.
  • Invitation emails — invitations delivered for you instead of by hand.
  • Reuse availability — carry a previous round's answers into the next one.

Managing your plan

  1. Check what you are on

Plan & billing in your profile shows the current plan, and during a trial it shows when that trial ends.

  2. Start a trial or upgrade

Upgrade to Pro opens the upgrade path. A Pro feature you meet in the app also offers it in place, so you never have to hunt for the setting after hitting a limit.

  3. Manage or change the subscription

Manage billing opens the billing portal for invoices, payment details and cancellation. Payments are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record — see the refund policy and the terms.

  4. Know what happens if Pro ends

Your data is not deleted. Competitions beyond your Free allowance become read-only or locked until your plan access changes again, and you choose which single Competition stays managed on Free.

Choose the Competition you keep on Free deliberately — it should be the one still running, not the first one you happened to create.

What happens next

If you are still on Free and deciding, the fastest way to judge Pro is to run one round manually first — see collect availability and create and manage rounds — and then compare that effort with generated suggestions.
