What this does
An invitation links a roster member to their own account. Once accepted, that person signs in, sees their own matches, submits availability for their side and can submit their own results — which is where most of an organizer's weekly chasing disappears.
Before you start
- The participant is on the roster — see add participants to a Competition.
- You have an email address for the member, or a private channel to send a link through.
Steps
Find the member row
In Participants, each participant lists its members and their access state. A member with no address shows as needing an email, so you can see at a glance who is still unreachable.

Access is handled per member, not per participant, so each person in a pair is invited individually.
Create the invitation
Use Invite member, then Create invitation. An invitation is valid for a limited time; if one already exists, the app shows when the current one expires instead of quietly issuing a second.
Share the link yourself
View invite link opens the Invite link so you can copy it into whatever channel your league already uses. Send it privately to the person it belongs to — anyone holding the link can use it.
Send invitation emails instead (Pro)
Send invitations opens Send invitation emails and delivers them for you, which is the practical option for a full roster. Invitation emails are a Pro feature; a resend has a cooldown, and the app tells you when the next one is available.
Read the invitation status
Not invited means nothing has been sent. Invitation pending means an invitation exists and has not been accepted yet. Invitation email sent confirms the email left. If someone never accepts, resend or share the link directly rather than creating duplicate members.
A participant who never signs in still competes normally. You enter their availability and results yourself — invitations shift work off your desk, they are not a requirement for playing.
What happens next
Accepted members can submit availability for the next round — see collect availability for a round — and submit their own scores, which you then approve in enter, submit and approve results.
